To further claim that markings on several of the gas giants' moons are the result of electrical discharge would require evidence that (a) such a process is actually occurring and (b) that such a process <i>could</i> leave such marks; you would have a very tough time with (b), considering that lightning strikes on earth leaves marks which are <a href="http://www.google.com/ie?q=fulgurites&hl=en&lr=" rel="nofollow">completely different</a> than the markings on Europa.
